A newly organized Solano County arts alliance is seeking to sell culture as an economic force.
Representatives from the Solano County Arts Consortium — and other concerned arts activists — tonight plan to tell Fairfield City Council members of their concern and frustration about the city’s proposed cutbacks in grants and staff reductions at the Fairfield Center Arts, the city-owned theater at 1035 Texas St.
