I have been pondering the physics of electricity and leadership.  Current is a moving electrical charge.  Moving currents produced magnetic fields; no magnetism.  Electron “spin” is the major contributor to magnetism; however electrons don’t conventionally spin.  They do race round their nucleus; a powerful center holding them in place.  Furthermore, if they’re not aligned similarly, their “spins” cancel out and there is no magnetism after all.  Full Article
