Dear Richard and Members of the Vaca Arts Organization:
You may be aware through newspaper accounts, that the Fairfield Arts Consortium is determined to keep The Arts alive in Solano County despite local, State and Federal cutbacks. Our inital Gala back in May 2007 demonstrated that The Arts are alive but struggling in this area. Since that time, the Consortium has continued to meet with members from various performing and visual arts groups. The common goal is to stand together and give strength to The Arts by sheer force in numbers. The desire is a united effort to draw attention to the countless benefits of a healthy county imbued with a sense of self-worth due largely in part to The Arts.
