I’m going to the Solano County Fair this week and while I’m looking forward to seeing what new food is now being deep-fried that has no earthly business being deep-fried, it’s the entertainment that’s captured my attention.

I’m not talking about the concerts, although I do plan to display my embarrassing dance moves at the Con Funk Shun show. I’m talking about the impressive array of local talent the Solano County Arts Council has assembled to enthrall audiences of all kinds.
